Logistics of Production  Pre - production  is vital to all staff members when producing a media product, this is because It ensures that all members knows exactly what's going on and what their job role is. This helps create a timeline of whats to happen in the making of the product and gives enough time to each member to do their role in the production. Regulations Newspapers   The regulatory body for newspapers is the Independent Press Standards Organisation.  IPSO is the independent regulator for the newspaper and magazine industry in the UK. They hold newspapers and magazines to account for their actions, protect individual rights, uphold high standards of journalism and help to maintain freedom of expression for the press. IPSO was the product of the Leveson Inquiry which saw the previous regulatory body breach and fail to hold some newspapers accountable for their actions and ethics of the international phone hacking scandal against celebrities and other victims. The BFI Film Fund is a large agency in the uk  which  has a number of funding strands, investing over £26m of Lottery funds per year to support film development, production (incl. majority and minority co-productions) and distribution activity in the UK. Another way normally used by smaller independent film producers is crowdfunding this means that they raise small amounts of money from a large number of people through the internet.
